Father's Day Custom Designs

Lately we have been having fun sharing blog posts giving you glimpses of our home lives and delicious recipes that we are cooking up. We have also been sharing some of our deep thoughts along with how we're keeping our kids happy, healthy and engaged during quarantine. But our true love is to design and create beautiful and fun designs for both online and physical products. We have been hard at work behind the scenes creating lots of fun items lately.

One thing we absolutely love to do is work with clients to create Custom Designs. It is such an honor to work with someone to bring about their vision for a gift to their loved ones. Being able to honor someone’s love of a hobby, create something that highlights something they love or their personality, is such a fun way for us to connect with the world. These are some of the fun designs we have been busy creating lately.

Chocolate Chip Day

Hi Friends,

Happy Chocolate Chip Day! We didn't know chocolate chip day was a thing until we were looking for days to celebrate with our families this month. I mean, this is one day that we just could not ignore. Who doesn't love an excuse to chow down on some chocolate chips?! We sure didn't have to think twice! There are countless ways to celebrate chocolate chip day!

We got cooking in the kitchen to bring some deliciousness into our homes today in honor of this wonderful day!

At Leah's house they whipped up a batch of chocolate chip pancakes. This was such an easy way to add a little fun while making a crowd pleaser meal and also make it feel like a special day.

At Elizabeth's house they cranked out a batch of giant chocolate chip cookies, these are her husband's secret recipe and they never disappoint!

Elizabeth also had happy kids!

Celebrating these little holidays has been such a fun and bright spot in our homes. We love taking extra time to do just a little something that brings added joy into our day. Whether we keep it simple or go all out it really doesn't matter. It always seem to add an element of fun and makes some special memories with our kids.

Science Fun with Kids!

Hi Friends,

A fun way to keep the kids engaged is to do fun little science experiments. There are tons of them out there that only require a few simple things that you probably have lying around your house. It ends up being a fun family activity. At both my house and Leah's we're all about keeping our kids busy and engaged and this is a fun way to do it.

For this experiment you will need:

A small plate, water, food coloring (optional), a tea light candle, a lighter and a glass.

You simply put the water on the plate, set the candle down, light it and cover with the glass. Watch the magic happen!
